The landlord leaves you to yourself if you choose to stay in his building. Also, the location is quite good although it is extremely noisy every night until approximately 3am.
The landlord does not respond to most inquiries about problems at 1238 Crescent. He further is apt to deduct your deposit for egregious damages done to the room once it is time to leave. I would recommend avoiding these apartments at all costs!
I lived in a room here for over three months, and tried to contact the landlord on a regular basis. Never again!
