Great landlords, affordable price for renovated 2br apartment downtown close to Concordia University, Metro Guy-Concordia, Rue Ste Catherine etc. Great apartment for students.
Apartments facing back alley are cheaper, but somewhat noisy with garbage trucks coming through some early mornings.
