You pay a luxury price for the shittiest service in Montreal. They cut the AC in August when we have 30++ weather until October and wont put it back in the spring when its 25 already, the tiny apartment gets so hot you cant sleep at night. They never answer; they cant even keep their staff for more than a month, every time you try to reach the person in charge, that person is gone. My ‘brand new’ washer/dryer broke and they can't do anything about it apparently, so I have to go wash my clothes in an other person’s unit. Your packages get stolen, no one know what happened. Shameful.
