Landlord is really nice and helpful, repairs always done quickly, they have an exterminator come every month to ensure no bugs can be found. High ceilings and mostly all renovated apartments
Dont get on the landlords bad side. No pets allowed either and garbage is all the way in the back of the building.. Can be a long walk since no elevators.
Great place for students who have a good budget and can afford the building

large spacious apartments, big windows
bathroom had black mold, the landlord just kept painting over it.
Inspect the apartment carefully for black mould!
