Nice location and at first sight a very large apartment. Backyard. Upstairs neighbors are normally students so there aren''t noise complaints.
The landlord is impossible, he threw a ladder at me as we were moving away, it was madness. The apartment is in bad shape as he has not invested any money in years, insulation is non-existent, the heating bills were through the roof.
