Extremely bad service. They blame the tenants for their own faults. Many fraudulent charges. I will be charged by the staff actually any random amount that he wants for drilling the holes on the walls for you to put up curtains (My neighbours got charged 60$, and he asked for 100 to help me drill the holes). You will be charged again by any random amount if you want the staff to open the door of your own apartment for you in the evening (I got charged 40 dollars). This is absolutely unlawful. He even refused to sign the receipt. This entire building is rotten, and the company is cheating a lot on the tenants, on many aspects. They only work when they want to, regardless of your needs and your rights. You will not want to deal with such unreasonable people.

Location is great but building is under construction all the time and too noisy. My oven doesn't work, toilet clogged and overflowing. Nothing gets repaired. Much too hot (26-28 C) and there is no way to install air conditioner in the apartment. Landlords claims there is air conditioning in the building but won't turn it up. It's not worth the hassle - go find a better place to live.
