Living in 2121 st Mathieu is terrible, this apartment is being renovated all year round. It is SUPER SUPER SUPER noisy and disturbing!!!! Living in this apartment you will suffer hearing loss and irritability. Please AVOID this appartment at all costs!!!!!!!

For over a year now , I have suffered so many times of uninformed water shutdown, fake alarm, cockroaches and the most important heating shutdown in the middle of the winter every single day!. Apartments are literally freezing in the winter and they boil during the summer because the whole building has not air conditioning. No security at night , so be ready for laud and noisy parties during the whole week end. These things are all terrible and will affect your life. Today, the alarms woke me up at 6:36 am, and now the heating shutdown is still until the afternoon. In addition, this disastrous made up building is "extremely" noisy from their construction, even during the weekends and , 7 am to 7 pm in the warm months ( construction was April to November) and if you complaint for that they'll answer you "is just due building maintenance"! The customer service team is really bad. They did not listen and did nothing to serve you. Plus they are excessive expensive for the garbage that they offer. Be aware with this building , appearances can be deceptive.

Horrible company. St Mathieu is a worst place to live. ever. Please Avoid this building. They scam tenants!
The building is under construction but nobody notifies you about this when you sign the lease. Noise construction is unacceptably loud, and lasts from 7am to 7 pm every single day .

For many months, I have suffered so many times of water shutdown, fake alarm, bugs. These things are all terrible and affect my life a lot. Today is Saturday, August 4th 2018, and the alarms woke me up at 5:36 am, and now the water shutdown is still until the afternoon, and the bugs are running in the kitchen. The advertisement they made is good and it sounds a luxury apartment, but use your budget wisely and consider your health. The situation is worse and worse, and we are reporting this bad situation to Regie du logement du Quebec. Cockroaches seem a big problem for this building. And their customer service is the worst. They did nothing to improve.

Kitchen is tiny. Walls have some plastered over holes in the walls which have buckled. Elevators are very old and sometimes will not let you off for no reason.
A fairly decent apartment for the price, and it''s right downtown if you organize your furniture to make maximum use of the space.
The woman in charge of the office is awesome. The maintenance guy is grumpy/unapproachable but he otherwise does a lot of work and he will fix your problems within a day or two.
Tenants are pretty decent considering it''s next to a university, mostly mature students or older couples.

Great location
Roaches, noise, freezing in winter, landlords are liars who blame you for everything, strong smell of paint thinner, very noisy, rent is too expensive for what you get
