The worst one I have ever seen in Montreal.
In first month of living there my car was damaged in parking of the building but nobody answers nobody cares
All problem you have in apartment you have to cope with
No security
If something happens just they can advise you
No action to solve any problems
Just wish me to be lucky to stay alive during rest of contract year!

We have been living here this month, every night we wake up because of ridiculous sounds like shutting the door badly in corridor. There's no sound isolation. From the first week we settled, we asked for changing of toilet bowl, there is no response! And they look at us as aliens!
The bowl is in a shape of sloopy which respread urine toward back.
I have not seen like that in other apartments,
I could not negotiate with them anymore? !
I don't know what I can do? !

Do not make the mistake of moving into this building. I counted a total of 223 bites on my body ( including face ) in february 2016 and this was the second time our appartment had been infested.. the first time i counted 183 in august 2015.
The management said it was our fault when we later found out the appartment next door was exterminated 3 times and the critters ran away through the walls into my boyfriend's appartment. I am traumatized and suffered a great deal.. we still had bed bugs after 2 exterminations and we had to beg for the help. They didnt treat our case with urgency. My bf's appartment also had mice, MAJOR mold in the bathroom (they never fixed.. we waited 3 years and they kept on saying we were on the list! ) This is only a few of the problems we dealt with..
The management is disrespectful and careless. Once something breaks or doesnt work it will NEVER be fixed and they will give you a hard time to the point of practically forcing you to leave just so they can then renovate the place and raise the rent for the next person. Our 3 neighboors left for bedbugs and another was horrified and left because of the mice that would run across his living room into the heater. This place is just gross to say the least.

The building is well located and has a lot of businesses around
Service sucks, no pool, no gym, no terrasse and A LOT OF ATTITUDE
