nice location, big appartement.
Landlord seems like a liar. Doesn''t respect you, neither the work he have to do in the appartement (even if written on the lease) Never answer calls or message. arrogant. The building is falling down. there is rats in the walls. Got bedbugs in there. there is NO insulation. old native woods window. wind and rain runs through it. sealing is running water when heavy rain. expect to pay about 300$ heating A MONTH!!! in winter. there is no electric heating there is only an old native gaz machine. there is not even heating in the bedroom. a real nightmare.
landlord name is R.C. He seem real nice at first sight, but beware! Never rent this apartement. We had to deal with the city to get some problem fixed even then, not half have been done before we canceled our lease and leave.
