L'appartment est propre (sauf qu'il est mal entretenu de l'extérieur), il est proche de tout.
Mais c'est très bruyant... non seulement on entend les camions de livraison qui rentrent au centre commercial à tous les jours... mais aussi les voisins. Nous avions eu la malchance d'être entourés de familles avec des bébés qui pleurent à longeuur de journée et des jeunes très instables qui crient et chantent à longueur de journée... on entend tous les sujets de discussion des voisins, la TV, les enfants, la musique etc. Ce fut au point qu'on n'arrivait plus à dormir, on était toujours stressés, et on se chicanait souvent avec les voisins et le concierge sur le bruit incessant. On était presque jamais à la maison. Le propriétaire ne donne pas son numéro. Donc, si vous demandez au concierge, il ne vas pas vous le donner. Le concierge est gentil... mais nous n'avons pas eu l'impression qu'il nous a grandement aidé sur le bruit... parce qu'il a perduré depuis.

Si vous êtes étudiant ou quelqu'un qui aime la tranquillité, à moins que vous tombiez sur des voisins sages et respectueux et sans enfants, je vous le déconseille très fortement. Seulement cette année il y a eu au moins 4 à 5 personne qui ont déménagé a cause du bruit. Attention !!

One of the worst apartment i have ever lived in !
The apartment is super clean, very cheap rent, very nice, not that spacious or super modern, but if you're a student, a couple or a small family, it's good enought.... BUT the apartment is VERY noisy ! We already had two crazy neighbours who were screaming every day, but we were hearing the baby crying next door, people talking or walking as well. Because of that, I had several panic attacks... because i wasn't sleeping properly anymore and woke up in the middle of the night almost every day. We complain every week to the concierge, he told us to call the police if necessary (we called several times but unfortunately they can only give a warning because the apartment is not isolated properly); we ask him to tell the landlord (by the way IT was impossible to join him because he doesn't give his phone number), the landlord told us (7 months later...) that he will get rid of one of our crazy neighbour, but he has't done anything. Be aware of the concierge : he will probably tell you how much the apartment is calm before you move, and strangely when you'll start to complain, he will tell you that you're not the first person who said that. It really sucks because the place was very nice, cheap, clean and every thing was near by...
