Nice enough building and neighbors, plus located in a fantastic neighborhood. However, this landlord is the worst. Impossibly slow service, terrible attitude, and a complete lack of respect for his duties as a landlord. This is not at all a unique experience if you ask other tenants. I sincerely wish I had never moved in. I would not recommend renting in this building.

Lived here for 4 years. Extremely well situated, especially for the low price. Never had any noise issues. Landlord is quick to answer, though he tends to avoid doing anything that he doesn't need to do. Still, when there were issues, they were fixed very quickly. My fridge died - was inspected and replaced in one day. My stove stopped working and was quickly repaired.
Washer and dryer in building work well but are always in use.
Biggest issue in the past was temperature, but this year the problems were resolved. Sometimes it gets a bit cold so not a bad idea to have a space heater.

Good location for students
Terrible landlord. Refuses to carry out repairs and forces tenant to assume costs related to damage. Extremely rude and never answered messages. AVOID AT ALL COST!!
