Great location for McGill student . Premises very clean. Landlord ie, superintendent
responsive and easy to work with. Rent quite competitive for area. Would recommend.

I have lived in this apartment building for over 4 years now and never have I encountered any problems.
The price is fair as the place itselft is very well located. It is only a few steps away from downtown, as well as Mont-Royal.
The landlord is friendly, responsive, dedicted and accommodating.
The place is clean, mainly renovated in most areas and thanks to the huge windows, there is a lot of light that comes in to brighten your day.
I would highly recommend someone to live here!

Management illegally charges items such as security deposits which is not legal in Quebec. The building is old and dingy and has no sound isolation whatsoever. Landlady makes it her hobby to harass tenants who do not agree with a rent increase.

Landlord is amazing: very respectful and answers promptly to any demands. Always clean lobby, washing room and garage. Apartment is nice and has beautiful day lighting. Location is great: downtown near many restaurants, shopping area, McGill University, Mont-Royal and metro stations. Fully recommend building!

The location is okay.
Terrible landlord. Zero respect for tenant privacy. Do not live here unless you want someone checking everyday whether you have done the dishes.
