VERY BAD INSULATION
You can hear everything from upstairs, next doors, etc.
You can't reach out to anyone above janitor and your problem gets barely solved.
The building seems well maintained but very old building.
a bus line thats right outside the building is a plus, close to restos, malls and so forth.
