I lived here for 6 years and it was a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, right next to downtown. The price was alright all things considered. I had polite neighboors so I cant judge noise insulation. Indoor parking available but you have to pay extra for it. For those of you complaining about parking accessibility to your visitors, what did you expect, this is downtown! I never dealt with the landlord directly but instead with their friendly staff. Always laughing and joking, and whenever I had problems they were dealt with immediately, or I would be given honest feedback that I would have to wait x weeks for whatever issues.
none to say

Safe building in a nice neighbourhood.
Washer and dryer in building. Dish washer in apartment.
Garage (paying parking) available.
Easily accessible by bus.
Half the apartments (including mine) have windows that face other apartment windows in a small alley with little to no sunlight.
There is no parking.
Repeatedly someone was leaving garbage and decayed food on my front door and management did nothing about it and laughed about it.
For the price of these apartments, I would would have expected better renovations. When I signed a lease I was told they would change some things and nothing was ever done to fix my apartment. Probably the least updated unit as well.
Beware of the noise as Côte-des-Neiges is an extremely noisy and dangerous street day and night.
