Pros--
-Landlord is nice and gay friendly.
-No Contract
-Great area
-Cafes, Restaurants, Grocery stores
-Between Laurier and Mont Royal Station
Cons--
-Landlord VERY forgetful/doesn't care
-Only accepts Cash
-Stench of the garbage room can be potent during the summer
-Strong smell of Cigarette smoke in the building
-Takes long time for repairs to be done, or concerns to be addressed.
-Thin walls, noise can be heard quite easily.
-Never returns apartment deposit (Mine & other former tenants)
-Charges Extra 30$ for AC in Summer
