Great Location. Next to everything. Most of the tenants were nice, and easy to get along with although everyone minded their own business. CLEAN.
Homophobic Custodian (not sure if they''ve changed, i lived there 2011) - was called a homo and tappette a few times by the custodian when i paid rent late by a few days. He also barged into my apartment unanncounced screaming at me while i was sleeping, the landlord had to calm him down. My shower was blasting scalding hot water for basically the entire time i lived there. Was told basically that there was nothing they could do about it. My toilet didn''t flush properly, they didnt come to fix it for a month. I also lived in a semi-basement. I walk past it every now and then, and one week there will be someone there, the next week its empty.
Overall I wouldn''t suggest living in this building unless over the age of 40. Custodian and Landlord are a little too strict on the rules of the building for anyone younger. While I understand it''s their building, I didn''t like feeling like I couldnt make a sound.
