Well located with a back yard that''s fenced in with a lock.
Nice neighbours around the apartment complex.
Storage space
Fair size for price with windows
Mouldy! Lots of spores, possibly black mould (unconfirmed). Bad repairs that are often worse then the problem(if they get done at all, landlord will yell at tenent for asking for them). noise insulation from above. NO COLD insulation. Landlord with often threaten and talk down to tenet to not have to do the repairs.
Landlord will often show up or send repair men without notice.
Renter beware, landlords spouse is a lawyer and so they abuse loop holes and bully tenets.
