The landlord is good at being thankful. eg. when he''s too lazy to come to the building and do things himself - he says thank you, when you do it for him.
The landlord is literally a criminal. He begged me to leave early -July 1st- I did and it was very difficult for me to be able to do so. He didn''t end up renting it to someone else by July 1st. He then behind my back got a judgement against me for the July rent on July 14th. I was never informed of the judgement or about having to appear in court in the first place(he sent notices to my old address and "accidentally" gave wrong information about my new address to the court. By the time I knew about it there was nothing I could do legally to protect myself. It was not a misunderstanding he knew exactly what he was doing. He pocket dialled me in July and I asked him how he was and if everything was still ok about our arrangement.... And he said "yes! everything is great!". He also "sold" the judgement against me as soon as he got it to bill collectors. the bill collectors were the first people who told me there was ever any issue about the July rent. All around JK is one classy guy.
