It was really easy to hear neighbours and our landlord was horrible. He failed to resolve any issues we had while living in the building (mice, mold, poor insulation, water damage in bathroom) and harassed the prior tenant who transferred her lease to us. When we tried to leave, he also harrassed us with menacing phone calls until we notified him that we will be involving the regie. Overall, the building and apartment are very cheap with very poor conditions and terrible management.
On the positive side, it's conveniently located on Parc between van Horne and Bernard- super close to everything.
