The apartment would be nice if it weren't for the poor lighting, the loud street noise and the thin wall between it and the neighbouring apartment. The biggest problem of all was the landlord. We got bed bugs because he had failed to treat the building when bugs turned up another apartment, then when we told him about the problem he refused to pay for exterminators and threatened to take us to court if we tried to make him pay. We later found out he is blacklisted on Concordia's apartment listing for multiple complaints against him.
