The landlord replies fast when emailed or phoned.
Worst landlord ever. He tolerates zero sound (no music, no dinner with friends)and threatens the tenant. He thinks mice are normal in every appartment in Montreal (they were making holes in the walls).
If you don''t have a dehumidifier in summer, you will find a lot of centipedes.
