does not necessarily fix your problem, if it is fixed, not appropriately
We had mold in the shower which instead of being fixed (removing the moldy plaster and refilling) the bathroom tiles were simply painted white. of course, 2 months later the mold was back. oh and we were promised the kitchen floor would be changed when we moved in but it never was. Other than that, the appartment was great.
