This place has a lot of problems and is honestly not worth it for the price. It was taken over by Akelius and since then it has become even more dirty than before. The amount of construction noise and traffic noise is immense. If you tend to work from home somedays or are a student there is a library and cafes within walking distance, but don't expect to be able to get anything done from home most days with the amount of noise.
The heating is a big problem. The insects are disgusting and plentiful in the non-winter months. If you want anything addressed you do not get to speak directly to the super, you have to go through this number/email address and they can be incredibly belittling if you insist that something wasn't done when they say it was (hello, I was here and no one showed up). So most of the time you have to call or email them multiple times, which is a huge drag. The washing machine does not really clean your clothes well, so expect still dirty clothes coming out of the dryer.
