Position: location.
Negative: Old washer/dryer , dryer doesn''t even dry properly leaves clothes damp.
Landlord completely unaware of the needs of tenants. EX: Asked to fix toilet and the plumber decided to put the toilet IN the bathtub/shower and left saying he would be back later that night. He never did and we called the landlord and his solution was that we used the bathroom in an unused apartment that was unlocked on the floor below us for the entire weekend.
Over priced for what it is.
Right now they are renovating an apartment and over night they leave the wood/debris stacked up in the back staircase leaving them very dangerous since there are no warning signs that this is completely blocking access.
