*Managed by ImmoMarketing, a company who tries to get away with doing as little as possible, always on the cheap plan.
*On site manager is often rude and condescending with little respect for tenants.
*Ongoing construction projects that are poorly managed.
*Airbnb situation is problematic and administration is not helpful.
*No staff present on weekends or after 4pm.
