Worst experience ever. I lived there around 2 years. The lady who works in the office as a manager is really rude and impolite. She does not listen to what you are saying and does what she wants. Every time I went there she told me to cancel my lease. When you want to rent make sure she writes down everything she told you and sign it otherwise she will not respect it. She told us She would change the gas, fridge, bathroom, but after we rented, she only changed the fridge. She does not have respect for their tenants and if something breaks in your apartment it becomes a disaster. The rent is too high but the services are too low. They had construction work going for about 7 months and every morning from 6 am till 4 pm they do digging and drilling which you could not endure. If you have other options even more expensive take others. Living there was a total disaster.

I used to live in this building for around 5 years until very recently that I decided to move out and I am very happy that I did that.
When I moved in the manager was a very nice fine person. He was replaced by a woman around a couple of years ago. By all means horrible. After her tyranny started the whole bldg turned into a total disaster.
Nothing gets repaired unless you go through a whole quarrel with her: make sure you write to her and get her signature, she never gives you a copy or a confirmation unless you insist. Then you need to threaten to file a complaint or something. Then after your whole week is ruined you may get something. Your access to head office is a number connected to an answering machine and machines won't do nothing in this case.
We paid deposit for electronic keys, no receipts were issued on a thought that the key is the proof. She refused to pay back the deposit.
And neighbors, there used to be a lot of calm and quiet elderly living there. No more the case, it seems that all noisy partiers have poured in.
No you should not rent there.
The only upside to this building is that on average the apartments are very huge compared to other high rise buildings in the town.
