L'alarme d'incendie se déclenche au moins une fois par mois;
Il y a des gros problèmes de sécurité;
Le proprio ne répond jamais aux demandes, même par courrier recommandé;
L'ascenseur est trop vieux et se brise fréquemment;
Le concierge n'est pas efficace ....
