Just look at the pictures! The landlord is absolutely useless and would rather lie to you than pay money to fix his building. Most of the things in these photos have been like that for years, especially the laundry room, which I have asked a hundred times to be fixed, only to be lied to. Also, the building is infested with bugs and rodents. Live here if you hate yourself.
