He is really good at coming up with excuses.
I''ve been lucky to have had some really great landlords, but this one is just incredibly unreliable and really couldn''t care less about his tenants. He''s always in a rush and has a really nervous energy. He also asks to walk through the apartment sometimes simply because he has parked his car out back and doesn''t want to walk around. We also pay him in cash, though I would much prefer cheques for obvious reasons.
