The only good thing about this is the location, and the apartments are a good size, other than that everything is bad. It has so much potential but it's so badly taken care of. The landlord has no idea how to take care of a building. He never responds and it's impossible to get in touch with him unless it's for rent money.

Cockroach infestations happen often. The exit stairs are disgusting and dirty full of rat poop, spider webs and cigarette butts. The laundry is disgusting, it doesn't work well and it's ridiculously expensive. The janitor is overworked and he is always busy because obviously, there are a lot of complaints. When we had a huge plumbing issue resulting in shocking and loud BANGS at all times of the day and night, to the point we could not sleep and had to temporarily move out, it took them months to acknowledge anything and they didn't do anything until I sent a legal letter of Demand by bailiffs for them to finally get moving.

FYI, the landlord ignores all mail, including registered mail because he knows it's all complaints. A neighbor also mentioned she had mold and they wouldn't do anything about it. Multiple people complain. The landlord will not help or repair unless under threat. There is very little garbage bins for like 6 buildings on another street, so it's always full, disgusting, smelly and dirty. They also keep the attached 6182 building door open so anyone can get in in the building. Some sketchy people live there and there has been bed bugs infestations on-off. Also, sound insulation is really bad so I would often hear my neighbors talk and get busy. The building is falling apart. Stay away.

- Cockroach infestation impossible to contain for several years;
- multiple cannabis smokers;
- tramps walking their dogs in their strollers;
- students not sleeping at night;
- insufficient garbage cans located on another street;
- dirty washer / dryer room and expensive machines;
- Concierge occupying two jobs and able to make noisy renovations at 7 o'clock in the morning.
It is clear that with the constant renewal of tenants, bed bugs will soon appear. The neighborhood is rich, but this area of buildings is to flee.

- Infestation de cafards/coquerelles impossible à endiguer depuis plusieurs années;
- plusieurs fumeurs de cannabis;
- clochards promenant leur chien dans leur poussette;
- étudiants ne dormant pas la nuit;
- poubelles insuffisantes et situées dans une autre rue;
- local pour laveuse/sécheuse sale et machines chères/dispendieuses;
- concierge occupant deux emplois et pouvant faire des rénovations bruyantes à 7 heures du matin.
Il est clair qu'avec le renouvellement constant des locataires, les punaises de lit vont apparaitre bientôt. Le quartier est riche, mais cette zone d'immeubles est à fuir.
